3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent unless required by law. We may outsource data processing to external service providers for authentication and analytics.

4. External Services

We use the following external services. Data handling by these services is governed by each provider's policy.

Google Analytics: Usage analytics and traffic measurement
Sentry: Error monitoring and performance tracking. When an error occurs, browser and OS information, error details, and a replay of user actions around the error may be collected to help diagnose issues. IP addresses are not collected.
Slack: Delivering inquiry and feedback notifications to the operator

5. Cookies

Cookies may be used to improve usability and analyze traffic. You can restrict cookies in browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, and tampering.

7. Requests for Disclosure/Correction/Deletion

Users may request disclosure, correction, suspension, or deletion of personal data as permitted by applicable law. Identity verification may be required.

8. Retention Period

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the intended purposes, then deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

Feedback messages and notification status are retained as needed for service improvement and response history. Reply addresses, page URLs, User-Agent values, and attachments associated with feedback are deleted 60 days after submission. Account email addresses and names are not duplicated into feedback records. Feedback and attachments are deleted when an account is deleted; if a temporary failure prevents immediate attachment deletion, scheduled cleanup retries it. Deletion requests are handled in accordance with Section 7.
