Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms define the conditions for using GameHeads.gg (the "Service"). Users must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Provided Features)

The Service provides game-related information, tools, authentication, and related features. Features may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Article 3 (Account)

Users are responsible for account management and must not lend, transfer, or share accounts. We are not liable for unauthorized account use except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

• Violating laws, public order, or these Terms
• Unauthorized access, excessive load, or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Infringing rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
• False registration, impersonation, or spam
• Interfering with operation of the Service

Article 5 (User-Generated Content)

1. Copyright and other rights to text, images, and other content posted by users ("User Content") belong to the respective users.
2. Users grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use User Content (including reproduction, display, distribution, and adaptation) to the extent necessary for providing, operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
3. If the operator determines that User Content violates these Terms or applicable law, the operator may remove or hide such content without prior notice.
4. Users warrant that their User Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

Rights to programs, designs, text, images, and other materials related to the Service belong to the operator or rightful owners. Use beyond legally permitted scope is prohibited.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or continuity. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Suspension/Restriction)

If a user violates these Terms, we may take necessary actions including access restriction, account suspension, or content removal without prior notice.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the Service or from the separately specified effective date.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute related to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
